A processing fee of £195.00 including VAT applies for our brokering services.
This fee covers the administrative and brokerage work involved in arranging your vehicle contract, including placing the order with our nominated supplying dealer and managing the process through to delivery.
Accepted Payment Methods: Credit or debit card, or bank transfer.
Payment Timing: The processing fee becomes payable once finance has been approved and the order documentation has been signed.
Refund Policy: The processing fee is non-refundable once finance approval has been secured in accordance with the signed order terms.
If you cancel your vehicle order after finance approval has been obtained, cancellation charges may apply.
A cancellation charge equivalent to three monthly rentals may be payable to cover work already completed.
If delivery has been arranged, an additional £200 aborted delivery charge may apply.
Any cancellation charges must be settled via credit/debit card or bank transfer.
If you proceed with a lease agreement arranged by us, we will receive commission from the funder or lender.
This commission may be structured as a fixed amount or may vary depending on the agreement.
The commission received may influence the total amount payable under the agreement.
We are committed to delivering competitive pricing and a high standard of customer service at all times.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure vehicles are available at the time a proposal is submitted. However, availability cannot be guaranteed.
If a selected vehicle becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly and provide suitable alternative options where possible.
